العملات الافتراضية : مخاطرها ومدى قانونيتها-البتكوين نموذجا

Résumé: الملخص : نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المخاطر الناتجة عن التعامل بالعملات الافتراضية سواء من الناحية المالية أو النقدية ، وقد خلصنا في نهاية الدراسة إلى أنَّ زيادة انتشار استخدام العملات الافتراضية وعلى رأسها البتكوين سيؤدي مستقبلا إلى تغير أساليب القطاع المالي العالمي ما يجعلها تعرض تحديات متزايدة ، فضلا عن خطورتها البالغة على المتعاملين بها نظرا لكونها غير مضمونة وذات قيمة متذبذبة على المدى القصير، كما أنَّها تساهم في دعم التجارة غير المشروعة هذا ما جعل هذه العملة محل شبهة في العديد من الدول التي منعت بل وجرمت التعامل بها ليقتصر استخدامها على دول معينة فقط . الكلمات المفتاحية: : العملات الافتراضية ، السياسة المالية ، السياسة النقدية ، المخاطر ، البتكوين. رموز jel: E41,E52,G32,G35,G38 Abstract :Through this study, we seek to identify the most important risks resulting from dealing in virtual currencies, whether financially or monetarily , and we concluded at the end of the study that the increased prevalence of the use of virtual currencies, especially Bitcoin, will lead in the future to change the methods of the global financial sector Perhaps it presents increasing challenges, as a chapter on its extreme danger to its dealers, given that it is not guaranteed and has fluctuating value in the short term, and it also contributes to supporting illegal trade. This has made this currency a suspicion in many countries that have prevented and even criminalized dealing with it to limit its use Only for certain countries.
