الاضطرابات النطقية و الفونولوجية لدى طفل متلازمة داون Articulatory And Phonological Disorders In Children With Down's Syndrome

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة موضوع الاضطرابات النطقية والفونولوجية لدى أطفال متلازمة داون، ولإجراء هذه الدراسة تم طرح الأسئلة التالية: -ما هي الاضطرابات النطقية لدى طفل متلازمة داون؟ -ما هي الاضطرابات الفونولوجية لدى طفل متلازمة داون؟ وللإجابة على هذه الأسئلة تم إجراء دراسة عيادية على أربع (04) أطفال ذوي متلازمة داون بجمعية أحباب الله المتواجدة في مدرسة زهانة بوهران، وباستخدام الأدوات التالية: الملاحظة، المقابلة، اختبار رسم الرجل والحوصلة النطقية والفونولوجية، تم التوصل إلى وجود الاضطرابات النطقية والفونولوجية عند طفل متلازمة داون كما يلي: -اضطرابات المستوى النطقي تمثلت في: إبدال الحروف، حذف الحروف وتشويه الحروف. -اضطرابات المستوى الفونولوجي تمثلت في: حذف الفونيمات، الأخطاء عند نطق الفونام (الحذف، الإبدال، الإضافة والقلب)، خلط الفونيمات المتشابهة، تشويه الحروف المفخمة. وانطلاقا من هذه النتائج تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة التكفل المبكر بأطفال متلازمة داون، وتوفير الوسائل الضرورية لتقييم وعلاج الاضطرابات النطقية والفونولوجية لدى الأطفال. The study focused on articulatory and phonological disorders in children with Down's syndrome. To carry out this study, a clinical study was carried out on four (04) children with Down's syndrome at the Ahbab Allah association in Zahana school (Oran), using the following tools: observation, interview, human drawing test, and articulatory and phonological assessment. The presence of articulatory and phonological disorders in a child with Down's syndrome was found as follows: - Pronunciation disorders represented by: replacement of letters, deletion of letters and distortion of letters. - Phonological disorders represented by: omission of phonemes, errors in the pronunciation of phonemes (deletion, substitution, addition and inversion), mixing of similar phonemes, distortion of augmented letters. On the basis of these findings, a number of recommendations have been put forward, the most important of which are: the need for early treatment of children with Down's syndrome, and the provision of the necessary resources to assess and treat speech and phonology disorders in children.
