مظاهر تطبيق بنود اتفاقية سيداو في قانون الأسرة الجزائري - الزواج وآثاره-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مظاهر تطبيق بنود اتفاقية القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة والمعروفة باتفاقية سيداو على قانون الأسرة الجزائري فيما يتعلق بأحكام الزواج وآثاره، بعدما فرضت هذه الاتفاقية على المشرع الجزائري تغيير قوانينه بما يتماشى مع نصوص الاتفاقية، وهو ما استجاب له هذا الأخير من خلال تعديل قانون الأسرة بموجب الأمر 05-02. This stud aims to demonstrate the manifestions of the application of the provisione of the convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, known as the CEDAW convention, to algerian family law with regard to the provisions and effects of marriage, after this convention forced the algerian legislator to change its laws in line with the provisions of the convention, which he responded to by amending the family code by order 05-02.
