إشكالية الإصلاح في كتاب "ماذا خسر العالم بانحطاط المسلمين؟"

Résumé: يعد المفكر أبو الحسن علي الحسني الندوي من رواد القضية الفكرية الإصلاحية، ومن أهم مؤلفاته كتاب "ماذا خسر العالم من انحطاط المسلمين" والذي تضمن طرحا جريئا من منظور إسلامي لواقع العالم وانحطاطه الروحي والأخلاقي، وقد عالج البحث إشكالية الإصلاح من خلال هذا الكتاب، وتطلع إلى معرفة إجابة الندوي عليها موضوعا ومنهجا؛ وذلك من خلال مبحثين: تناول الأول التعريف بالمفكر، وقدم الثاني عرضا وتحليلا لأفكاره الإصلاحية. وخلص البحث إلى أن خسارة العالم للجانب الروحي الإيماني سببه ضعف العالم الإسلامي والعربي خصوصا، وحمله مسؤولية الإشراف على عملية الإصلاح. The research dealt with the topic of protecting the Islamic law of the environment by paying potential damages in application of the precautionary principle, which is one of the origins of Islamic jurisprudence, under which principles including blocking pretexts - which, although not all jurists said when rooting - but they said it when detailing, which fall under it Rules of damage and corruption in some of its forms. The subject was dealt with through four investigations: The first: the importance of the right to a healthy environment, the second: the principle of precaution in Islamic law, the third: the obligation to pay environmental damage, and the fourth: precaution for the environment from the aspect of existence. The research concluded that the principle of precaution has roots in Islamic law, which is unique to many construction systems.
