دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية اليمنية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة في المؤسسات الرياضية، والتعرف على واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات الرياضية، ومعرفة مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية، ولتحقيق ذلك أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية والاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة عشوائية قوامها (130) موظف، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الإدارة في المؤسسات الرياضية متوسطة وبنسبة مئوية بلغت 62.65%. وأن واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات الرياضية متوسطة وبنسبة مئوية بلغت 64.65%، كما أن مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبنسبة مئوية بلغت 64.28%، وقد أقترح الباحث بضرورة الإستعانة دائماً بالكوادر الأكاديمية المؤهلة والمتخصصة في تسيير الموارد البشرية والرياضية، والعمل على توفير الأدوات والأجهزة والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة لتحسين الأداء والنهوض بمستوى العمل الإداري والرياضي داخل المؤسسات الرياضية. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of management in sports institutions, and to identify the reality of information technology in sports institutions, and to know the extent of the contribution of information technology in enhancing administrative transparency in sports institutions, and to achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive approach in his survey form and questionnaire as a tool to collect information from a random sample of (130) employees, and the results of the study showed that the reality of management in sports institutions is medium and with a percentage It reached 62.65%. And that the reality of information technology in sports institutions is medium and with a percentage of 64.65%, and the contribution of information technology in enhancing administrative transparency in sports institutions came with a medium degree and a percentage of 64.28%, and the researcher has suggested that the necessary and specialized academic cadres should always be used in the management of human and sports resources, and work to provide tools and devices And modern technological means to improve performance and improve the level of administrative and sports work within sports institutions.
