إشكالية المضامين القيمية ومنطق حوار الحضارات في ظل العلاقات الأورو-عربية.
Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع البناء النظري لحوار الحضارات في ظل العولمة، من خلال الحوار الحضاري الاوروبي العربي، المتبلور في مجموعة من المبادرات في هذا المجال، والتساؤل حول الهدف الحقيقي من وراءها، في ظل اللاتكافؤ والأكثر من ذلك في ظل عولمة القيم. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحوار العربي الأوروبي بدأ على مستوى المصالح والمواقف الأنية، بعيدا عن اشراك مؤسسات المجتمع المدني باعتبارها ألية للحوار، وبذلك لم يتمكن من الارتقاء للمستوى الفعال. This study addresses the issue of the theoretical structure of the dialogue of civilizations in light of globalization, through the European-Arab civilizational dialogue, crystallized in a group of initiatives in this field, and the question about the real goal behind it, in light of inequality and even more so in light of the globalization of values. The study concluded that the Arab-European dialogue began at the level of immediate interests and positions, far from involving civil society institutions as a mechanism for dialogue, and thus was unable to rise to the effective level.
