الأطر المرجعية للحركة النسوية وتجلياتها في تقنيات الإنجاب الحديثة

Résumé: ملخص: لقد جاءت الحركة النسوية كحركة اجتماعية بداية لفهم جذور وأسباب الفروقات الكامنة بين المرأة والرجل، ولتحسين وضعيتها ثم لتمكينها في جميع مجالات الحياة؛ اقتصاديةً كانت أو سياسية أو تربوية، خاصّة أنها من يمارس الأمومة ويحفظ النوع ويضمن استمرارية الحياة عن طريق أهم وظيفة حيوية وُكّلت بها وهي الإنجاب، والذي ساهمت الليبرالية و النيوليبرالية كمرجعيات فكرية وفلسفية في الدعوة إلى الإفلات من خلالها من قبضة الرّجل عبر التقنيات والطّرق الحديثة للإنجاب، مما تترتب عنه حركة جديدة يتنازعها الرفض والتأييد، وتنهل من البيواتيقا فكرا ومن التكنولوجيا وتطوراتها وسياساتها واقعا، تبغي الانعتاق تارة والعودة إلى الفطرة والطبيعة تارة أخرى. Abstract: Feminism emerged first as a social movement in order to understand the roots and reasons lying behind the differences between men and women , and to improve women’s conditions in all aspects of life regardless of the nature of such aspects, and this is especially due to women’s particular role in maternity and preservation of life through procreation. And by appealing to liberalism and new liberalism we witness some attempts to get rid of male domination via new techniques of procreation, this led to a new movement swinging between approval and refusal, and, at the same time, getting inspiration from bioethics and technological developments, and yet getting entangled between going forward or relying on nature and inherited tradition.
