-استخدام التدفقات النقدية المخصومة في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية دراسة حالة مشروع استثماري لدى البنك الوطني الجزائري - وكالة ورقلة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معالجة موضوع استخدام التدفقات النقدية المخصومة قي تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا الاجابة على اشكالية البحث المتمثلة في كيفية استخدام معايير خصم التدفقات النقدية في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية ولمعالجة هذه الاشكالية قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في البنك الوطني الجزائري (BNA)وكانت هذه الاخيرة على مشروع استثماري لدى البنك الوطني وطبقت فيها اهم معايير التدفق النقدي المخصوم على هذا المشروع. وقدخلصت الدراسة إلى أن معايير خصم التدفق النقدي لهادور هام في عملية تقييم ومعرفة مدى صلاحية المشروع الاستثماري، وتعتبرعملية التقييم أساس فشل أونجاح المشروع الاستثماري،فكل قراراستثماري يتوقف على طرق اختيارالبدائل والمكونات لتقييم الجدوى المالية . Summary The object of this study is to examine the use of discount cash flow in the evaluation of investment projects. Through this study, we tried to answer this problematic which is how to use standards of discount cash flows in evaluating investment projects. To solve this problematic, we conducted a field study at the National Algerian Bank (BNA) on an investment project and we applied the most important standards of discount cash flow on this project. The results of the study confirm the importance of discount cash flow in the evaluation process and finding out the validity of the investment project. The evaluation process is the basis of either failure or success of the investment project. Thus, every investment decision depends on the methods of selecting alternatives and components to assess the financial feasibility.
