دور أجهزة دعم التشغيل في تفعيل التنمية المحلية (دراسة كمية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تشخيص دور الأجهزة التشغيلية في الجزائر كوسيط بين عارضي وطالبي العمل وتطبيق برامج التشغيل في سبيل تحقيق التنمية المحلية، حيث تم إنتهاج سياسات تشغيلية عديدة بدعم من أجهزة تم استحداثها لذات الغرض بغية توفير أكبر عدد ممكن من مناصب الشغل، ساهمت مؤسسات سوق العمل بإستحداث حوالي 1641216 منصب عمل في الفترة بين 1999-2004 بنسبة54,7% من مجموع مناصب العمل، مع تسجيل تراجع إلى حوالي 10% سنة 2010. Abstract: This paper aims to diagnose the role of operational apparatuses in Algeria as a mediator between job viewers and job seekers and to apply the employment programs in order to achieve local development, as many operational policies have been adopted with the support of devices that have been developed for the same purpose in order to provide the largest possible number of job positions Labor market institutions contributed to the creation of about 1641216 jobs during the period between 1999-2004, representing 54.7% of the total established employment positions, with a decrease of 10% in 2010.
