إصلاح النظم التعليمية تطويرها في سياق التغيير :تطوير المناهج التعليمية كمدخل

Résumé: تحتل قضية إصلاح النظم التربوية – التعليمية الحكومية و المدنية مركز دائرة عمليات و قضايا التغيير المجتمعي –التغيير التربوي- و تمثل عملية تطوير المناهج التعليمية في الدول العربية و أقرانها من الدول النامية الأخرى – القضية الحرجةcriticalsssues في منظومة الإصلاح المنشود. و يمكن القول عن المجتمع المتقدم ديمقراطيا وعلميا، وراءهiالتعليم المتقدم. لذلك، فالعلاقة بين التربية و تنمية المجتمع دالة تزايدية...الهدف الجوهري من هذه الورقة هو تقديم إطار استسقائي لكيف يمكن أن تكون عملية إصلاح النظم التعليمية، و تطوير المناهج التعليمية مدخلا أساسيا لإحداث التغيير المجتمعي في البلاد العربية. تقدم الورقة إطار فكريا لعمليات إصلاح النظم التعليمية، و ثمة أمثلة لتطوير مناهج التعليم في سياق التنمية المجتمعية، إن هذا الإطار الاستسقائي يعكس أنموذجا للتفكير الإصلاحي من أجل التغيير التربوي. The issue of reforming the governmental and civil educational systems takes the circle center of the operations and issues of the social change-educational change-. The operation of improving the educational methods, in the Arab states and in the other similar developing states, represents the critical issue in the aimed reformation system. We can say that the scientific and democratic developed society is based on a developed education. So, the relation between education and developing the society is an ascendant function…The essential purpose of this paper is to present an investigation frame about how would be the operation of the educational system reform, and how would be the improvement of the educational methods as a basic introduction to create the social change in the Arab countries.The paper presents also a thought frame for the knowing operations and knowledge, which are a base of the educational systems reform.There are many examples of improving the teaching methods in the context of the social development. This investigating frame reflects a sample of reform thought in the aim of the educational change.
