لدول الصاعدة وعالم مابعد الهيمنة الامريكية

Résumé: يعرض هذا المقال حالة التغير في تركيبة النظام الدولي ،حيث يشهد حالة تراجع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي كانت متربعة على عرش النظام العالمي سياسيا واقتصاديا وعسكريا لصالح عدد من الدول الصاعدة ،التي استطاعت ان تنفذ الى النظام العالمي من المدخل الاقتصادي وحققت نتائج جد متقدمة تعكس حالة جديدة في التدافع العالمي بين الدول ،ومن المؤكد أن هذه الحالة ستقود إلى ما يسمى عالم ما بعد الهيمنة الامريكية ،كما سيفحص هذا المقال مكانة الفواعل الدولية الجديدة ودورها في تعديل كفة النظام الدولي في مقابل العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي ستحد من استدامة الهيمنة الامريكية على تركيبة النظام الدولي وفاعليتها فيه . Abstract: This article presents the statement of change in the composition of the international system, which is witnessing a sort of decline of the United States of America, which was sitting on the throne of the global system politically, economically and militarily in favor of a number of emerging countries. These countries were able to achieve advanced results reflecting a new situation in the global scramble between nations, as this situation will lead to the so-called world after American hegemony. This article will also examine the status of new international actors and their role in adjusting the scale of the international system in contrast to the internal and external factors that will limit the sustainability of American hegemony on the structure The international system and its effectiveness in it.
