العوامل المؤثرة في استجابة العملاء لمنتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية بالبنوك الوطنية الجزائرية

Résumé: الملخص لعل توجه الجزائر لتوسيع حجم التمويل الإسلامي بالمنظومة المصرفية، وذلك من خلال فتح نوافذ إسلامية على مستوى مختلف البنوك الوطنية، وكذا تطوير أساليب التمويل التي تقدمها البنوك الإسلامية بالجزائر، هذا كله يستدعي طرح منتجات مالية إسلامية تتمتع بالجودة لتحقيق رضا العملاء،بالإضافة إلى إضفاء كل معايير الشفافية والمصداقية التي تضبط المعاملات المالية الإسلامية. توصلت دراستنا إلى أن هناك العديد من العوامل المؤثرة على استجابة العملاء للصيرفة الإسلامية في بالجزائر، حيث تعتبر الجوانب التسويقية، التكوينية للعاملين بالبنوك وكفاءة التمويل الإسلامي هي المؤثرة بدرجة كبير في الاستجابة لرغبات العملاء، كما نجد أن عدد العملاء المستفيدين من منتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية يبقى قليل مقارنة بالتمويلات التقليدية خلال هذه المرحلة، بالرغم من تضاعف العملاء المقبلين على البنوك الوطنية لطلب هذا التمويل. Abstract: Algeria's intention to expand the volume of Islamic financing in the banking system, is done by opening Islamic windows at the level of various national banks, as well as the development of financing methods offered by Islamic banks in Algeria, all this requires the quality of the Islamic products offered, to achieve customer satisfaction, and adding all standards of transparency, credibility that control Islamic financial transactions. Our study concluded that there are many factors affecting customers' response to Islamic banking products in Algeria, where considered marketing aspects, formative of bank employees and efficiency of Islamic finance are highly influential in responding to customer desires, we also find that the number of customers benefiting from Islamic banking products it remains small compared to traditional financing during this period.
