Résumé: Due to the development of the economic field, Algeria had to keep up with these economic events and establish them for the stock market. Stocks and financial transactions have become a large part of the economy of countries and individuals, and the stock exchange is a means of meeting the needs of economic customers as it provides many advantages by pooling funds and directing them to invest in an organized market, In order to protect customers, the Algerian legislator has drawn up different rules and laws and limited the criminalization of the exchange of transferred values to three crimes represented in: The crime of the world with the secrets of the company, The crime of spreading misinformation and misleading in addition to the crime of doing illegal things in the stock market.
