دور إدارة الجــودة الشاملــة فـــي تحقيــق الميــزة التنافسيــــة

Résumé: "الملخص بالعربية : هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور إدارة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية ، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تحقيقا لأهداف البحث ، واتساقا مع منهج البحث وطبيعة مشكلته ، وقد عرضنا مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة المشابهة لدراستنا ، وكذلك استعرضنا في الإطار النظري ماهية كل من إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمفهومها وأهدافها وكذا الميزة التنافسية وأبعادها وخصائصها والعلاقة بينهما ، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد استخدمنا على آداة الاستبانة وذلك بتوزيع (75) استبانة لعينة الدراسة التي اخترناها عشوائيا استرجعت منها (70) استمارة والتي كانت في (06) مؤسسات بولاية الوادي وهي: ( شركة بكار للأعمدة الأسمنتية ، شركة سوف للدقيق ، شركة سوف تمور ، شركة نجمة ، شركة الرواد للصناعة ، شركة الورود) ، وقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج منها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة المتمثلة في (التزام الإدارة العليا ،التركيز على الزبون ،التحسين والتطوير المستمر ، التعاون والمشاركة الجماعية ، تجنب الأخطاء قبل الوقوع فيها ) كمتغير مستقل وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية باعتبارها متغير تابع . ""Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out how comprehensive management can contribute to achieving competitive advantage in some economic institutions, and to accomplish these objectives, we have used a descriptive analytical approach, in accordance with the research methodology and nature of the problem. We have also presented a group of similar previous studies. Further, we will examine the management Total quality concepts and objectives, as well as competitive advantage, its dimensions, characteristics, and relationship, within the theoretical framework. As for the applied side, we used the questionnaire tool by distributing (75) questionnaires to the study sample that we chose randomly, of which (70) questionnaires were retrieved, which were located in (06) institutions in the state of El-Wadi, including: ( Bakkar Cement Columns Company, Souf Flour Company, Souf Tamour Company, Najma Company, Al Rowad Industry Company, Al Worood Company), and several results have been obtained. In addition, a statistically significant relationship has been found between the dimensions of total quality management (management commitment, customer focus, continuous improvement and development, cooperation and collective participation, avoiding mistakes before making them) as an independent variable and achieving competitive advantage as a dependent variable. "
