البحث الاجتماعي بين المقاربتين الكمية والكيفية ومناهج البحث المختلطة
Résumé: Abstract: The article discusses the increasing use of mixed methods designs in the social research, and we will try in this attempt to deal with a possibility of complementarities between quantitative and qualitative approaches. The purpose of the article is twofold: (a) to demonstrate that the polarization of the "subjective" and the "objective is not meaningful or productive for social research and (b to propose an integrated approach to social research inquiry. The prospects for such integration depend on the capacity of two different communities within social science to work together for the common goal of discovering truth. الملخص: يتناول هذا المقال الاستعمال المتزايد لمناهج البحث المختلطة في البحث الاجتماعي، وسنحاول التركيز في هذه الورقة العلمية على إمكانية التكامل بين المقاربتين الكمية و الكيفية. إن الهدف من هذا البحث يتلخص في نقطتين:أ(تبيين أن الاستقطاب الحاصل بين ماهو موضوعي وما هو ذاتي ليس مفيدا ولا منتجا بالنسبة للبحث الاجتماعي ب(اقتراح مقاربة تكاملية للبحث الاجتماعي، ويبقى تحقق هذا النوع من المقاربات يعود بالدرجة الأولى إلى قدرة جماعتين علميتين مختلفتين داخل ميدان العلوم الاجتماعية على العمل سوية من أجل الهدف المشترك المتمثل في اكتشاف الحقيقة.
