أثر توليد المعرفة وفق نموذج Seci على التفكير الإبداعي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب بجيجل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة أثر توليد المعرفة وفق نموذج SECI على التفكير الإبداعي للعاملين بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب بجيجل، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهجية للدراسة، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات اللازمة من عينة الدراسة التي شملت 80 عامل، والتي حددت بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك أثر إيجابي لعملية توليد المعرفة وفق نموذج SECI على التفكير الإبداعي للعاملين بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب بجيجل. على ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات من أجل الاهتمام بتحسين توليد المعرفة وتعزيز التفكير الإبداعي للعاملين والعمل على تطويرهما بالشركة الجزائرية القطرية للصلب بجيجل. The study aimed to determine the impact of knowledge creation according to SECI model in creative thinking of employees the Algerian Qatari Steel company in jijel, by relying on the descriptive analytical method as a methodology of the study, and the questionnaire as an essential tool in collecting the necessary data from the study sample, which included 80 workers, which was determined by the random sampling method, the study concluded that there is a positive impact of the knowledge creation process according to SECI model in thinking creative of employees the Algerian Qatari Steel company in jijel. In the light of the findings, a number of suggestion were presented in order to focus on improving knowledge creation and enhancing thinking creative of employees on the Algerian Qatari Steel company in jijel
