تقييم الكفاءة التشغيلية في البنوك الإسلامية دراسة حالة "بنك السلام" و" بنك البركة" للفترة 2020_2017
Résumé: This study aimed to evaluate the operational efficiency of Islamic banks operating in Algeria by using a set of financial ratios to determine their ability to control costs and expand their profit margins. The study focused on a sample of two banks, Al Baraka Bank Algeria and Al Salam Bank Algeria, during the period from 2017 to 2020. In this study, we addressed the concept of operational Efficiency, represented by the optimal combination of lowest cost and highest profit, along with its measurement methods. We also conducted an applied analytical and comparative study using a set of financial indicators between Al Baraka Bank Algeria and Al Salam Bank Algeria for the period 2017-2020. The study concluded that both banks possess a level of operational efficiency, with the management of Al Baraka Bank Algeria demonstrating better cost control compared to Al Salam Bank Algeria
