الدعم المالي لترقية الكتاب
Résumé: ملخص: وضع المشرع الجزائري أحكام خاصة بأنشطة، و سوق الكتاب، ومن بينها مسألة ترقية الكتاب، و بذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مهام، و دور مؤسسات الدولة الفاعلة في المجال الثقافي لاسيما في مجال الكتاب، و دراسة الأحكام الخاصة بالرعاية، و الدعم المالي و الفني الذي تقدمه الدولة للفاعلين في مجال الكتاب لغرض دعم، و تطوير الكتاب ، وتنمية أنشطة الكتاب، و تشجيع الإبداع الأدبي و الفني. و خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه ساعد إعتماد قوانين و أنظمة خاصة بالكتاب إلى توفير صناديق مالية لدعم الكتاب، و إنشاء مؤسسات إدارية تتكفل بتقديم الدعم المالي و الفني اللازم إذا توفرت الشروط اللازمة المحددة قانونا. Abstract: the Algerian legislator has developed legislation on book activites and market of the book including the issue of promotion of the book and the development of book activities and eucaurage literary and artistic creativity the adoption of laws and regulation related to the activities of the authors helped to provide financial funds to support the book and the establishment of administratire institutions to provide financial and technical support necessarg in the conditions specified by law.
