الحماية المدنية للأسرة في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر الأسرة هي الخلية الأساسية للمجتمع، ومن هنا كان الاهتمام بحماية الأسرة ينصب في حماية المجتمع بأكمله. وإذا كانت الحماية الجنائية تحقق حماية للحقوق بما تحمله من زجر وردع، فإن الحماية المدنية لا تقل أهمية عنها، هذا ما دفعنا في بحثنا هذا التساؤل عن نطاق الحماية المدنية للأسرة في التشريع الجزائري. حيث تناولنا الحماية الموضوعية في قانون الأسرة في محور أول، ثم الحماية الإجرائية في قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية في محور ثاني، وانهينا بحثنا بمجموعة من النتائج والاقتراحات. . Abstract: The family is the basic cell of society, therefore protecting the family is at the same time protecting the entire society. If the criminal protection achieves the protection of rights, then civil protection is no less important. This is what prompted us to ask the question what is the scope of civil protection of the family in Algerian legislation? In the first axis of this research we dealt with the substantive protection of the family law, then the procedural protection in the civil and administrative procedures law, in the second axis, And we ended our research with a set of results and suggestions. .
