المحددات الديمغرافية لانتشار مرض متلازمة داون باستعمال تقنية الانحدار اللوجستي الثنائي

Résumé: تعد متلازمة داون من اهم الاعاقات وأكثرها انتشارا في العالم فهي تغير في نسبها من مجتمع لأخر سوآءا بالزيادة او بالنقصان ويكون ذلك بتأثير عوامل مختلفة منها عوامل بيولوجية عوامل اجتماعية، عوامل ديمغرافية..... وعليه لمعرفة لمعرفة تأثير العوامل الديمغرافية في انتشار متلازمة داون تم التطرق الى موضوع المحددات الديمغرافية لانتشار متلازمة داون في مدينة تقرت، من خلال دراسة وصفية تحليلية للمصابين لمتلازمة داون الملتحقين بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا بتقرت واقرانهم من الاصحاء، وقد تناولنا تأثير العوامل الديمغرافية (الجنس القرابة، الوراثة ...) على حالة المبحوثين من حيث الإصابة. وانطلاقا من الفرضيات التي تم صياغتها وعرض وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها وتم التوصل الى ان المحددات الديمغرافية ليس لها أي تأثير على انتشار متلازمة داون باستثناء محدد الوراثة من جهة الاب. Down syndrome is one of the most important and widespread disabilities in the world It changes its proportions from one society to another, both increasingly and decreasing. This is influenced by various factors, including biological factors, social factors, and demographic factors. So to find out the impact of demographic factors on the spread of Down syndrome in TOUGGOURT, The demographic determinants of the prevalence of Down syndrome were addressed Through an analytical descriptive study of people with Down syndrome enrolled in the Pedagogical Psychological Center for children with mental disabilities in the city and their healthy peers, we have addressed the impact of demographic factors (kinship sex, genetics...) on the condition of the mentally disabled in terms of infection. Based on the hypotheses formulated, presented and analyzed the data obtained, it was concluded that demographic determinants had no effect on the prevalence of Down syndrome except for the genetic determinant on the father's side.
