البعد البيئي في السياسة التعليمة للجزائر من خلال: الأمر 35/76 المؤرخ في 16أفريل 1976 المتعلق بتنظيم التربية والتكوين

Résumé: مرت السياسة التعليمية في الجزائر بعد الاستقلال بعدة مراحل مختلفة، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح تأثير الظروف البيئية المختلفة (الظروف التاريخية، الظروف السياسية، الظروف الاقتصادية والدولية) على بناء السياسة التعليمية في الجزائر من خلال تحليل الظروف المحيطة بنشأة الأمرية رقم 35/76 المؤرخة في 16 أفريل 1976 التي تعرف بالمدرسة الأساسية، التي شكلت مرحلة جد هامة في تاريخ السياسة التعليمية للجزائر، بفضل الأهداف التي جاءت بها هذه السياسة التعليمية من مجانية التعليم، وإجباريته، وديمقراطيته، وغيرها من المبادئ التي قامت عليها السياسة التعليمية. After the independence, the educational policy in Algeria went through several different stages, This study seeks to clarify the effect of different environmental conditions (Historical conditions, Political conditions, Economic and international conditions) On building educational policy in Algeria By analyzing the surrounding conditionsof establishment of Presidential Order No 35/76 Dated 16 April, 1976 This is known as basic school, That constituted a very important stage in the history of the educational policy of Algeria, Through the goals that educational policy has brought including free education, compulsory education democracy, and other principles underlying the educational policy.
