التوافق المهني وعلاقته بالإبداع الإداري لدى موظفي الإدارة في المجال الرياضي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت توجد علاقة بين بعض أبعاد التوافق المهني(الذاتي، الاجتماعي،الاقتصادي) بالإبداع الإداري لدى موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة، وللتأكد من وجود هذه العلاقة تم توزيع استبيان على جميع الموظفين العاملين بالمديرية، حيث تم تقسيم الاستبيان إلى محورين ،الأول يقيس الأبعاد الثلاثة للتوافق المهني ،والمحور الثاني يقيس الإبداع الإداري ،أما المعالجة الإحصائية كانت باستخدام برنامج الحزم للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss22) ،و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه توجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بين الأبعاد الثلاث للتوافق المهني والإبداع الإداري لدى موظفي مديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية المسيلة . The study aimed to find out whether there is a relationship between some dimensions of professional compatibility (self, social, economic) with the administrative creativity of the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of M'Sila. The first measure measures the three dimensions of professional compatibility, the second measure measures administrative creativity, and the statistical treatment was by (spss22). One of the most important results is that there is a strong correlation between the three dimensions of professional compatibility and administrative creativity among the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of M'Sila.
