الظَواهر اللُغوية ودورها في تنمية المهارات الأربع - في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات –

Résumé: الملخّص: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على مختلف الظّواهر (القواعد) التي تضبط اللّغة العربية في أدائها السّليم البعيد عن العاميّة، في موضوع ضغناه في العنوان الآتي: "الظَواهر اللُغوية ودورها في تنمية المهارات الأربع - في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات –" وفق ما بدى لنا أنّ قواعد اللّغة العربية من شأنها تنمية مهارات اللّغة العربيّة الأربع الأساسية، والمتمثّلة في الاستماع والقراءة والمحادثة والكتابة في ظلّ المقاربة بالكفاءات، وقد عالجنا إشكالية الموضوع بالتّطرّق إلى مفهوم المقاربة بالكفاءات ثمّ الظّواهر اللّغوية: مفهومها، وأهميّتها، ليليه عنصر المهارات الأربع، ثمّ مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتّوصيات التي خرجنا به من البحث، لعلّ أهمّها أنّ الطّفل بمجيئه إلى المدرسة يكون على درجة معيّنة من اللّغة إلّا أنّ ما يزيد من ضبط تلك اللّغة هو تعلّمه لقواعدها الذي يسهم في تنية مهاراته وأدائها. الكلمات المفتاحية : الظَواهر اللُغوية ، المهارات الأربع ، المقاربة بالكفاءات Summary: Through this research paper, we aim to identify the various phenomena (rules) that control the Arabic language in its proper performance, far from colloquialism, in a topic we discussed in the following title: "Linguistic phenomena and their role in developing the four skills - in light of the competencies approach -" According to what appeared to us that the rules of the Arabic language would develop the four basic skills of the Arabic language, which are represented in listening, reading, speaking and writing in light of the competencies approach. Then a set of conclusions and recommendations that we came out with from the research, perhaps the most important of which is that the child, when he comes to school, has a certain level of language, but what increases the control of that language is his learning of its rules, which contributes to the development of his skills and their performance.
