Résumé: ان الحديث عن بناء الاختبارات النفسية والتربوية في أي بيئة يفرض علينا الحديث عن العوامل الثقافية تلك البيئة واقامة اعتبارات لها قبل الشروع في بنائها فضلا عن تكييفها او ترجتمها؛ذلك ان الوصول الى اختبار جيد يمر عبر مراعاة بيئته التي وجد فيها؛وقدعرفت نماذج السمات الكامنة، للمفردة انتشارا كبيرا اليوم بين الباحثين وذلك نتيجة للقصور الكبير الذي تعاني منه النظرية الكلاسيكية للقياس، ويعتبر نموذج راش من أكثر نماذج النظرية الحديثة اقبالا من قبل الباحثين لذا ارتأينا في هذه المقالة النظرية أن نورد أهم الاعتبارات الثقافية لتطبيق نموذج راش حيث قمنا بالتطرق الى نموذج راش ثم اهم الاعتبارات الثقافية لتطبيق المقاييس النفسية وأخيرا الاعتبارات الثقافية لتطبيق نموذج راش.
