Résumé: : يتناول هذا المقال- كما يشير عنوانه- ضبط مصطلح الجودة الذي اكتسح مجالات علميّة عديدة،كان علم النّفس في مقدّمتها، من خلال اهتمامه بجودة الحياة؛ فظهرت مفاهيم متباينة لهذا المصطلح وفق مراحل زمنيّة متتالية أخذ فيها في الظهور والتبلور إلى أن استوى مفهومه بناء على مؤشّرات متكاملة تتصلب الجانب النّفسيّ والبدنيّ والمهنيّ والاجتماعيّ This article deals with - as the title indicates - adjusting the term quality, which sweptback rosemary scientific fields, psychology was at the fore front through its interesting the quality of life ,so different concepts of this tramp peered according to successive stages of time in which began to appear and cry's tall zenith its concept leveled based on integrated in dictators related to the psychological, physical, professional and social aspects.
