دور جودة حياة العمل في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي

Résumé: الهدف من الدراسة معرفة دور جودة حياة العمل في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي بتيارت، بالاستناد للمنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق أداتين (استبيان جودة حياة العمل، مقياس الأداء الوظيفي، للبلبيسي 2012) على عينة قوامها 147 موظفا. بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات، توصلنا إلى: وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة حياة العمل لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي بولاية تيارت، وجود دور ايجابي لجودة حياة العمل في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي بولاية تيارت، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي بولاية تيارت تعزى لمتغير كل من (الجنس، نوع الوظيفة، الأقدمية). The aim of the study is to know the role of quality of work life in improving the job performance of employees of the health sector in Tiaret, based on the descriptive approach, and the application of two tools (Quality of Work Life Questionnaire and Job Performance Scale, by Belbeisi 2012) on a sample of 147 employees. After statistical processing of the data, we found: Having an average level of quality of work life among health sector employees in Tiaret state, there is a positive role for quality of work life in improving job performance among health sector employees in Tiaret state, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of work life among The employees of the health sector in Tiaret state are attributed to the variables of each of (sex, job type, seniority).
