Résumé: ABSTRACT: : the implementation of the tourism development strategy in Algeria depends on the implementation of the recommendations of the PGDT 2030 plan. And as each ambitious development program starting at the local level is extended to the entire national territory, the State has established the PGDTWs as a roadmap reflecting the five dynamics outlined in the National Development Plan of tourism in Algeria. and in this perspective, the present document highlights the strategic orientations for the tourism development in Wilaya of Blida, through its PGDTW 2030 as a basic reference for the upgrade of tourism in this wilaya and to make the wilaya a major tourist destination that Contribute to the activation of local and national development Keywords: Tourism; Planning Guideline; Tourism development; State of Blida. JEL: Classification: (L83, O10, O21 ) ملخص: إن تجسيد إستراتيجية التنمية السياحية في الجزائر مرهون بمدى تطبيق توصيات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق 2030، وباعتبار أن كل برنامج تنموي طموح ينطلق من المستوى المحلي لينتشر عبر كافة التراب الوطني، وُضعت المخططات الولائية لتهيئة السياحية كخارطة طريق لتجسيد الديناميكيات الخمسة التي تضمنها المخطط الوطني للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي في الجزائر، ومن هذا المنظور تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز التوجهات الإستراتيجية للتهيئة السياحية في ولاية البليدة عبر مخططها الولائي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق 2030، كمرجعية أساسية لترقية السياحة في الولاية وجعلها مقصدا سياحيا هاما يساهم في تكريس الفعل التنموي السياحي المحلي والوطني. الكلمات المفتاحية: سياحة؛ مخطط توجيهي؛ تهيئة سياحية؛ ولاية البليدة.
