العملية العسكرية الروسية على أكرانيا بين الإدراك الإستراتيجي وأساليب الدعاية والتأثير الإعلامي الرقمي

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا المعنونة بــ" العملية العسكرية الروسية على أكرانيا بين الإدراك الإستراتيجي وسرديات الدعاية والتأثير الإعلامي الرقمي" إلى محاولة فهم التوجه الجيوسياسي الروسي في جواره الجغرافي القريب، والخلفيات الإيديولوجيا الجديدة التي تقف وراء هذه السلوك، وللإلمام هذه الإيديولوجيا يجب قراءة أفكار الفلسفة الأوراسية الجديدة من خلال الاطلاع على كتابات بعض خبراء المدرسة الجيوبوليتيكة الروسية بالأمس واليوم، فقد أنجبت المدرسة السوفيتية - الروسية في مجال الدراسات العسكرية والجيوبوليتيكية شخصيات أكاديمية ذات صيت عالمي أسهمت بنظرياتها في صياغة التوجهات الاستراتيجية الكبرى للدولة في أذهان صانع القرار الروسي، خاصة مرحلة الرئيس الروسي الحالي "فلاديمير بوتين". العملية العسكرية الروسية على أوكرانيا (24 فيفري 2022)، إحدى مخرجات هذا التوجه الروسي الحديث، حيث جاءت متكاملة شاملة ومتعددة المحاور والوسائل التقليدية وحتى الحديثة المبنية على التطورات الهائلة في تعرفها تكنولوجيات الإعلام والإتصال خاصة حرب المعلومات، فالدعاية المصاحبة لهذه العملية جاءت شاملة، متعددة الوسائل، والوسائط والسرديات، وذات طابع مؤسسي للدعاية. أظهرت النتائج أن التواصل أنه فيه توجه جيوسياسي جديد لدا صانع القرار الروسي صاحبه عمل دعائي تجاوز مرحلة الدعاية التي ازدهرت في العهد النازي إلى مرحلة الدعاية الوظيفية التي تصبح جزءًا من مكونات الدولة ووسيلة رئيسة ضرورية لممارسة الحكم. هكذا تخضع للتطوير والتقييم مثلها مثل بقية مكونات الدولة. Our study, entitled “The Russian military operation against Ukraine between strategic perception, propaganda narratives, and digital media influence,” aims to try to understand the Russian geopolitical orientation in its close geographical neighborhood, and the new ideological backgrounds behind this behavior. To understand this ideology, the ideas of the new Eurasian philosophy must be read through Looking at the writings of some experts of the Russian geopolitical school yesterday and today, the Soviet-Russian school in the field of military and geopolitical studies has produced academic figures with a global reputation who contributed with their theories to formulating the major strategic directions of the state in the minds of the Russian decision-maker, especially the era of the current Russian president, Vladimir Putin. . The Russian military operation against Ukraine (February 24, 2022) is one of the outcomes of this modern Russian approach, as it was integrated, comprehensive, and multi-axial, with traditional and even modern means based on the tremendous developments in information and communication technologies, especially information warfare. The propaganda accompanying this operation was comprehensive and multi-means. , media and narratives, and the institutional nature of propaganda. The results showed that communication contains a new geopolitical orientation for the Russian decision-maker, with propaganda work going beyond the stage of propaganda that flourished during the Nazi era to the stage of functional propaganda that becomes part of the components of the state and a main means necessary for exercising governance. Thus, it is subject to development and evaluation, like the rest of the components of the state.
