النظام العام الإداري الجزائري في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19

Résumé: يمثل النظام العام الصحي الإطار الذي يتم من خلاله التعرف على احتجاجات السكان من الخدمات الصحية والعمل على توفيرها من خلال إيجاد الموارد اللازمة وإدارتها على أسس صحيحة تؤدي في النهاية إلى المحافظة على صحة المواطن وتعزيزها، ولقد شهدت الأنظمة الصحية على مستوى العالم تحديا كبيرا إثر ظهور فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد 19) الذي شكل تهديدا وخطرا على الصحة العامة، وهو ما جعل الدول ومن بينها الجزائر تستنفر لحماية المواطنين ولذلك من خلال جملة من التدابير الاحترازية والوقائية والعلاجية للحد من انتشار هذه الجائحة وهو ما تطرقنا له بالدراسة في هذه المذكرة.The public health system represents the framework through which the population’s protests against health services are recognized and worked to provide by finding the necessary resources and managing them on the right bases that ultimately lead to the preservation and promotion of the health of the citizen, and health systems around the world have witnessed a major challenge following the emergence of the virus. The new Corona (Covid 19), which posed a threat and a danger to public health, which made countries, including Algeria, mobilize to protect citizens, and therefore through a number of precautionary, preventive and curative measures to limit the spread of this pandemic, which we discussed in this note.
