Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقات الإنسانية بين الأساتذة والتلاميذ في المتوسطة والتعرف على مستوى الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ. طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة من التلاميذ عددهم (69) من الجنسين في مستوى التعليم المتوسط ( السنة الثالثة والرابعة) ينتمون إلى متوسطتين بمدينة وهران (متوسطة " عشابة سني" ببئر الجير ومتوسطة "زش" بالعقيد لطفي). استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بالاعتماد على استبيانين مصممين لجمع معطيات الدراسة أحدهما يقيس العلاقات الإنسانية بين الأساتذة والتلاميذ والثاني يقيس الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ. وانتهت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -ظهر قصور كبير في العلاقات الإنسانية بين الأساتذة والتلاميذ والتي ظهرت في الاتجاه السلبي خاصة في المجالين الأخلاقي والنفسي، وانعكست بصورة سلبية على الصحة النفسية للتلاميذ. -سجلت النتائج فروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية بين التلاميذ الذكور مقارنة مع الإناث وكانت الإناث أكثر تكيفا وتوازنا في المحيط المدرسي مقارنة مع الذكور كانوا أقل تمتعا بالصحة النفسية. The study aimed to reveal the nature of human relations between teachers and students in middle schools and to identify the level of mental health of students. It was applied to a sample of (69) (third and fourth) students of both sexes belonging to two intermediate schools of Oran city. The descriptive - correlative approach was used by means of two questionnaires, one measuring human relationships between teachers and students and the other measuring students’ mental health. The study ended with the following results: - Human relations between teachers and students have been a considerable failure, which has appeared in the negative trend, especially in the moral and psychological fields, and has had a negative impact on students’ mental health. - There were also differences in the level of mental health among male students compared to girls, and girls were more adaptive and balanced in the school setting, compared to boys whose mental health was worse at school.
