Anem اثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي على تقييم اداء المؤسسة العمومية : دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للتشغيل

Résumé: ملخص: يٌعد التخطيط الإستراتيجي من بين أهم الأدوات المساهمة في تحسين أداء المؤسسات العمومية، لهذا قمنا بالدراسة الإستبيانية لمعرفة مدى مساهمة التخطيط الإستراتيجي والتخطيط التشغيلي بصفة خاصّة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة العمومية للتشغيل لوكالة خنشلة. حيث كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرّف على أهم نقاط تطبيق التخطيط الإستراتيجي في المؤسسة والواقع الفعلي لتطبيقه، إذ توصّلنا لأهم النتائج لقبول فرضيات الدراسة التي توحي إلى وجود أثر للتخطيط الإستراتيجي على تحسين أداء المؤسسة، كما يمكننا اقتراح وتوصية بتفعيل دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في المؤسسة العمومية. ABSTRACT: Strategic planning is one of the most important tools contributing to improving the performance of public institutions, so we conducted a questionnaire study to find out the extent to which strategic planning and operational planning in particular contribute to improving the performance of the public organization for the operation of khanshala agency. The aim of this study was to identify the most important points of applying strategic planning in the institution and the actual reality of its application, as we reached the most important results to accept the study hypotheses that suggest that there is an impact of strategic planning on improving the performance of the institution, and we can also propose and recommend activating the role of strategic planning in the public institution
