Résumé: Many institutions - large shareholding ones - adopt outsourcing strategy for some or all of their support activities in search of lower costs, improved productivity, higher quality, customer satisfaction as well as dedication to core activities. Despite these many advantages of outsourcing at the strategic, financial, organizational, and operational levels, However, there are many risks and challenges that have an impact, and this research work came as an attempt to search for an answer that depends on the use of managing the risks associated with this strategy. According to our “humble” opinion, anticipating future threats and opportunities can make associated decision-making more flexible From this standpoint, our goal is to suggest methods and alignment with the risks associated with adopting outsourcing strategies at the level of a sample of Algerian economic institutions that pledge one or more activities to an external contractor, and the hierarchy process (Ahp) was used in decision-making and systems development techniques as a knowledge base for adaptation. With application needs, and the assistance that multi-criteria hierarchical analysis can provide is the development of an interactive system to make an appropriate decision that is economically viable, socially acceptable, and environmentally sustainable
