ديغول والمسألة الجزائرية أمرية 07 مارس 1944 أنمودجا De Gaulle And The Algerian Matter, March 07th, 1944 Command As A Model

Résumé: شكل نزول قوات الحلفاء في الجزائر بداية مرحلة جديدة في نشاط الحركة الوطنية عبر تقديم مطالب موحدة تجسدت في بيان 10 فبراير 1943، وقد تزامن ذلك مع استقرار ديغول في الجزائر وتوليه السلطة بتشكيل اللجنة الفرنسية للتحرير الوطني. لقد عمل الجنرال ديغول على مناورة مطالب الحركة الوطنية بإعلانه عن اجراءات قد تجاوزها الزمن بعد الخطاب الذي ألقاه في قسنطينة يوم 12 ديسمبر 1943، والذي وعد فيه الجزائريين بجملة من الاصلاحات، وهو ما جسده فعلا بإصدار أمرية 07 مارس 1944 التي لم تقدم حلولا حقيقة للمسألة الجزائرية، حيث قدم ديغول بذلك حلا للمشكل الجزائري وفق التصور الاستعماري للقضية الجزائرية مبديا تمسكه بالجزائر رافضا أي محاولة للانفصال أو الاستقلال للمستعمرة المفضلة لفرنسا. The allies’ troops descend in Algeria had shaped the beginning of a new stage in the National movement activities by proclaiming united demands revealed in the statement of February 10th,1943, the time when DE Gaulle took over power in Algeria by forming the French national liberation committee. De Gaulle which had tried to deceive and move through the Algerian National Movement demands in addition to narrow their expectations using outdated procedures after his December 12th, 1943 speech in Constantine, in which he promised the Algerians with a set of reparations that were exactly realized by stating March the 07th, 1944 command that brought nothing new to Algerian matter. On the contrary, it proved De Gaulle’s intention of holding on and rejecting any attempt of the independence of France favorite colony
