مركز الضبط وعلاقته بالذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط – الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين مركز الضبط والذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط – الجزائر ، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة الدراسة حسب متغير الجنس ومركز الضبط ( داخلي أو خارجي)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق مقياس مركز الضبط لـ (روتر) ، ترجمة "علاء الدين كفافي" (1982)، ومقياس الذكاء الوجداني لـ "عثمان ورزق" (2001) على عينة قدرها (61)أستاذا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : • وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين مركز الضبط (داخلي أو خارجي) والذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة جامعة الأغواط . • عدم وجود فروق في مركز الضبط لدى أساتذة جامعة الأغواط تعزى لمتغير الجنس • وجود فروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة جامعة الأغواط تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث • عدم وجود فروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة جامعة الأغواط تعزى لمركز الضبط (داخلي أو خارجي). Abstract :This study aimed to know the relationship between the Settings Center and the emotional intelligence of the teachers of University Amar Theligi in Laghouat- Algeria, and to know the indication of differences in emotional intelligence in the study sample by sex and Settings Center (internal or external).Where used the descriptive approach and application of the measure of the Settings Center (Router), translating by "Alaa Eddin Kafafi"(1982) and the Emotional Intelligence Scale of Othman and Rizk (2001) on a sample of (61) teachers, Were selected randomly, the following results were obtained: • There is an inverse correlation between the Settings Center (internal or external) and emotional intelligence of the professors University of Laghouat . • There are no differences in the Settings Center At the professors University of Laghouat According to to gender. • There are differences in the emotional intelligence of the professors University of Laghouat According to to gender For females . • There are no differences in emotional intelligence At the professors University of Laghouat due to the Settings Center (internal or external).
