اثر تغيرات اسعار الفائدة وحجم الكتلة النقدية على سعر الصرف في الجزائر دراسة قياسية باستخدام منهجية Nardl للفترة (1980-2018) The Impact Of Changes In Interest Rates And The Size Of The Monetary Mass On The Exchange Rate In Algeria A Standard Study Using Nardl Methodology (1980-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر التغيرات الموجبة والسالبة لكل من أسعار الفائدة وحجم الكتلة النقدية على سعر الصرف في الجزائر خلال الفترة )1980-2018( وذلك بالاعتماد على منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطأة غير الخطية NARDL والتي تسمح بدراسة علاقات التكامل المشترك غير الخطية وغير المتماثلة بين المتغيرات، وكذلك باستعمال طريقة الانحدار التدريجي التي تعمل على ابعاد المتغيرات غير المعنوية من النموذج. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ايجابي قوي لأسعار الفائدة بقيمتها الموجبة وتأثير سلبي قوي لحجم الكتلة النقدية بقيمتها السالبة على سعر الصرف في الاجل الطويل، كما اظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الاجل بين المتغيرات. This study aims to highlight the Impact of positive and negative changes in interest rates and the size of the monetary mass on the exchange rate in Algeria during the period (1980-2018), based on the NARDL method that allows studying non-linear and asymmetric co-integration relationships between The variables, as well as by using the gradual regression method, which works to exclude the non-significant variables from the model. The study found a strong positive effect on interest rates with its positive value and a strong negative effect on the size of the monetary mass with its negative value on the exchange rate in the long term. The study also showed the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables
