تكنلوجيا الإتصال وعلاقتها بأداء المؤسسة الإعلامية دراسة ميدانية لمحطة إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف بتكنولوجیا الاتصال وعلاقتها بأداءالمؤسسات الاعلامیة ودراسة الفروق بین أفراد العینة حولمامدى استخدام تكنولوجیا الاتصال الحدیثة من طرف الموظفین في المؤسسة الإذاعة المحلیة لورقلة وفقا لخصائص دیموغرافیة المتمثل في ) السن، الجنس، المستوى التعلیمي العلمي ، سنوات الخبرة، المؤھل الوظیفي( وكذلك قیاس أثر تكنولوجیا الاتصال على أنشطة واداء مؤسسةلمدروسة.واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنھج الوصفي الذي یعتبر المنهج الملائمة لوصف تكنولوجیا الاتصالوعلاقته ابأداء المؤسسات الاعلامیة وقد استعنا بالاستبیان لجمع المعلومات والبیانات حیث تم توزیعهاعلى عینیة عشوائیة متمثلة في18 مفردة من موظفي الإذاعة المحلیة لورقلة.حیث حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن تساؤلات التالیة: 1مامدى استخدام تكنولوجیا الاتصال الحدیثة من طرف الموظفین في المؤسسة الإذاعة الجزائریة من ورقلة ؟ 2ما مستوى تقییم عینة الدراسة لأنشطة واداء مؤسسة الإذاعة المحلیة لورقلة باستخدام تكنولوجیا الاتصال؟ 3ھل لتكنولوجیا الاتصال دور في تفعیل أداء المؤسسة الاعلامیة ( إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية) من وجهة نظر بالعاملین؟ وبعد تحلیل وتفسیر النتائج المتوصل إليها توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: طبیعة تساھم استخدام تكنولوجیا الاتصا لفي تغیر العمل داخل مؤسسة الإذاعة المحلیة لورقلة حیث طورته من الطریقة التقلیدیة إلىطریقة جدیدة وعصریة تتماشى مع خصائصها أثر تكنولوجیا الاتصال على أداء العاملین بالمؤسسة حیث وفرت عليهم الكثیر من الوقت والجهد والنفقات الكبیرة. تكنولوجیا الاتصال كان لها دورھام وكبیر في تفعیل أداء المؤسسة في إعادة هيكلتها وتنظيمها حیث ساعدتهاعلى تغییر نمطها وادئها العام. This study aimed to identify communication technology and its relationship to the performance of media institutions and to study the differences among the sample members about the extent to which employees in the local radio institution of Ouargla use modern communication technology according to demographic characteristics (age, gender, educational level, years of experience, and job qualification). As well as measuring the impact of communication technology on the activities and performance of the studied institution. In this study, we used the descriptive approach, which is the appropriate approach to describe communication technology and its relationship to the performance of media institutions. We used the questionnaire to collect information and data as it was distributed to a random sample of 18 local radio employees. This study answers the following questions: 1 What is the extent of the use of modern communication technology by the employees of the Algerian Radio Corporation of Ouargla? 2 What is the level of the study sample’s evaluation of the activities and performance of the local radio institution of Ouargla using communication technology? 3 Does communication technology have a role in activating the performance of the media institution (Radio Ouargla Regional) from the employees’ point of view? After analyzing and interpreting the results, we reached a set of results, including: The nature of the use of communication technology contributes to changing the work within the local radio institution of Ouargla, as it developed it from the traditional method to a new and modernmethod in line with its characteristics. The impact of communication technology on the performance of the employees of the institution, as it saved them a lot of time, effort and great expenses. Communication technology had an important and significant role in activating the performance of the institution in restructuring and organizing it, as it helped it change its general style and performance.
