Women And Migration In Algeria
Résumé: In this paper, we present a part of our longitudinal sociological investigation which concerned the representations and attitudes of students towards international emigration. We will focus on migration in relation to gender by taking the case of female students' representations of going abroad to study. We also wish to report on the evolution of Algerian society through the migration phenomenon related to girls. Female migration is a new phenomenon that marks a recent Algerian context characterized by the higher education of girls and the evolution of Algerian mentalities, but not enough.
