Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة أحد الأوجه الحضارية المتعلقة بإنتشار المذهب المالكي في بلاد السودان الغربي، وماقدمه من مؤلفات فقهية ساهمت في إثراء الحضارة الإسلامية، حيث تبوأ هذه المكانة أعلام مثلوا حركية معرفية في هذه البلاد نذكر منهم على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الإمام المغيلي، التاذختي، المسوفي، محمد بغيغالونكري، أحمد بابا التنبكتي. وغيرهم كثير.
