مستقبل الاتصال التنظيمي في ظل البيئة الرقمية -آفاق وتحديات-

Résumé: تتجه اغلب المنظمات في الآونة الأخيرة نحو الاهتمام بصفة كبيرة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والاستثمار في معطيات المعرفة والمعلوماتية قصد تعزيز مهامها ووظائفها، إذ أصبحت على هذا النحو جميع أنشطتها ترتبط بالمعلومات، وهذا ما خلق لها فضاءا تفاعليا سريعا ومباشرا بقدرات متميزة في مجال الاتصال واسترجاع المعلومات والبحث عنها وعرضها بأساليب ووسائط الكترونية ضمن ما يعرف بالاتصال الالكتروني الذي يعتبر ضرورة حتمية تتوجه إليه المنظمات تدريجيا نتيجة إدماجها لمختلف التكنولوجيات الحديثة في مختلف أعمالها ووظائفها، حيث نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آفاق وتحديات الاتصال التنظيمي في ظل البيئة الرقمية، والتغيرات التكنولوجية التي تشهدها المنظمات .
