أثر العوامل الخارجية على الافصاح البيئي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية - دراسة تطبيقية لمؤسسات الاسمنت الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2015-2018)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر العوامل الخارجية السلطة العمومية والمديونية على الإفصاح البيئي للمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية والتي تعكس نشاطها الإنتاجي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للسلطة العمومية على الإفصاح البيئي لمؤسسات الدراسة، حيث تسعى مؤسسات الى الاستجابة للضغوط الحكومية، كما لم نجد أي أثر للمديونية على الإفصاح البيئي لمؤسسات عينة الدراسة، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة الى اعتماد نموذج للإفصاح البيئي الالزامي للمؤسسات الصناعية. The study aims to determine the impact of external factors, public authority and debt, on the environmental disclosure of Algerian industrial institutions, which reflects their production activity. The study concluded that there is an impact of public authority on the environmental disclosure of the study institutions, as institutions seek to respond to government pressures. We also did not find any effect of debt on the environmental disclosure of the institutions of the study sample, and the importance of the study highlights the adoption of a model for mandatory environmental disclosure for industrial institutions.
