قياس أثر التجارة الخارجية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1986-2021) Measuring Of The Impact Of Foreign Trade On Economic Growth In Algeria During The Period (1986-2021)

Résumé: تعتبر السياسة التجارية جزء مهم من السياسة الاقتصادية للدول، فهي تساهم بشكل كبير في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي حسب الاستراتيجيات المنتهجة، ونهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض أهم النظريات المفسرة للعلاقة بين التجارة الخارجية والنمو الاقتصادي بشكل عام. ونظرا للدور التنموي الذي يتمتع به قطاع التجارة الخارجية في الاقتصاد الجزائري حاولنا تحليل أثر سياسة التجارة الخارجية للجزائر على معدل النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (1986- 2021) باستخدام المنهج التحليلي والمنهج القياسي اعتمادا على احصائيات المؤسسات الرسمية. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود تناسب عكسي بين التجارة الخارجية (معدل التغطية) ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي في المدى القصير. Trade policy is an important part of the economic policy of countries, as it contributes significantly to the gross domestic product according to the strategies used, and we aim through this research paper to present the most important theories explaining the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth. In view of the developmental role enjoyed by the foreign trade sector in the Algerian economy, we tried to analyze the impact of Algeria's foreign trade policy on the rate of economic growth during the period (2000-2020) using the analytical and econometric approaches based on the statistics of official institutions. The results showed that there is an inverse relationship between foreign trade (coverage ratio) and the rate of economic growth in the short term.
