Résumé: يستقطب موضوع دور الحكم الراشد في عقلنة الجهاز الاداري والعمل على الحد من الفساد الاداري اهتمام العديد من الخبراء والباحثين، نظرا لما له من مكانة هامة في التطور الاداري، والذي من شانه تحقيق الأهداف التي ترجوها الانظمة السياسية. وعلى المستوى الوطني قامت الجزائر بمجهودات في سبيل ترقية أداء الإدارة من خلال التطبيق الفعلي لمفهوم المساءلة والمحاسبة والكفاءة والسعي لتهيئة البيئة الملائمة لتجسيده من اجل مكافحة الفساد الاداري وترشيد تسيير أجهزة الحكم، والحد من سلبيات الجهاز البيروقراطي. Abstract: The theme of good governance in the rationalization of the administrative organ and work on reducing administrative corruption is the attention of many experts and researchers because of an important place in administrative development, which would achieve goals given by political systems and at the national level. Algeria has experienced efforts to upgrade management performance through the actual application for the concept of accountability, accounting and efficiency and seek to create the appropriate environment to embody to combat corruption and rationalize and reduce the negatives of the bureaucratic system
