Résumé: يعالج موضوع المذكرة، فعالية الممارسة الجبائية في تدنية التكاليف الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية مؤسسات قطاع السياحة في الجزائر من خلال القيام باستعراض واقع الممارسة الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية من الضرائب والرسوم، الالتزام بالتصريح في موعده والنظام الجبائي الجزائري وكذلك الفعالية الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر ودورها في تدنية التكاليف الجبائية، أما ميدانيا قمنا بدراسة حالة في مؤسستين من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالجزائر لي جمع المعلومات وتقييم فعالية الممارسة الجبائية في المؤسسات، من خلال الدراسة الميدانية توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسات تقوم بالممارسة الجبائية بهدف تدنية تكاليفها الجبائية والاستفادة قدر الإمكان من مختلف الامتيازات التي تقدمها الدولة للمؤسسات في قطاع السياحة، كما أن المؤسسات تصرح بضرائبها بشكل منتظم شهريا.The subject of the dissertation deals with: the effectiveness of fiscal practice in minimizing the fiscal costs in the economic institutions of the tourismsector in Algeria , by reviewing the reality of fiscal practice in the economic institutions of taxes and fees, the commitment of timelyauthorization and the Algerian fiscal system as well as the fiscal efficiency in the economic institutions in Algeria and itsrole ,We have conducted a case study in the two institutions of the economic institutions in Algeria to gather information and evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal practice in the institutions. Through the fieldstudyweconcludedthat Taxation institutions are designed to minimizetheir fiscal costs and to benefit as much as possible from the variousprivilegesgranted by the gouvernant to institutions in the tourismsector. The institutions also issue their taxes regularly on a monthly basis.
