Résumé: "ملخص: عنيت هذه الدراسة ببحث مناصحة ولي الأمر في السنة النبوية والاثار- دراسة موضوعية- وتهدف الى بيان اهمية النصيحة في السنة النبوية من خلال طاعة ولي أمرها في الواقع المعيشي و مراعاة اسس النصيحة في السنة مع بيان اهم الصفات اللازمة لكل منهما. مع جعل احاديث للنصيحة مع شرحها وبيان فقه منها ثم ختمت الدراسة بذكر أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها بالبحث والتوصيات المقترحة.
