دراسة خزینة مؤسسة البناء للجنوب والجنوب الكبیر - ورقلة (2013 – (دراسة تحلیلیة انتقادیھ للفترة 2010
Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث بدراسة وتحليل خزينة مؤسسة اقتصادية في قطاع البناء حيث اخترنا شركة BATISUD للفترة ما بين 2010/2013 ومن خلال استخدامنا لمنهج دراسة الحالة حاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى تحكم شركةBATISUD في تسيير خزينتها في ظل خصوصية قطاع البناء الذي تنشط فيه؟ حيث استخدمنا المؤشرات المالية الخاصة بالخزينة (نسب السيولة، نسب النشاط، رأس مال العامل، احتياج رأس مال العامل)، واستنادا إلى النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد أن المؤسسة غير متوازنة ماليا مما نجم عنها خزينة موجبة في السنتين 2010/2011 وسالبة في2012/2013 ، وعليه من الضروري عليها أن تتبني سياسة لتسيير خزينتها . Summary: Through this research we tried to study and analyze a cash flow (treasury) of Batisud as an economic enterprise active in the construction sector. The main problematic of the study is: How can Batisud manage its cash flow in the light of the particularity of the construction sector in Algeria during 2010/2013? To accomplish this purpose, we used the case study method, and we used certain financial ratios (liquidity ratios, activity ratios, working capital and working capital needs). The results show that Batisud is financially unbalanced as cash flow was positive in 2010/2011 and negative during 2012/2013. Thus, it is necessary that Batisud must adopt a treasury management system to balance its treasury.
