فلسفة الحضارة عند ول ديورانت

Résumé: ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضواء على إشكالية مفهوم الحضارة في الفكر الغربي المعاصر ،وذلك من خلال معرفة المنهج الذي اعتمده ول ديورانت في تأريخه للحضارة ، ونهدف من خلال هذا إلى التعرف على نظرة هذا المؤرخ إلى تاريخ الحضارة بالدرجة الأولى، و فهم آليات وطرق التأريخ للحضارات بالدرجة الثانية، بالإضافة إلى توضيح عوامل نشوءا الحضارة عنده ودور الفلاسفة والمفكرين في ذلك، باعتبار أن الحضارة هي ثمرة صراع مادي ومعنوي للإنسان مع الطبيعة، مما يقتضي معرفة تاريخ قيام الحضارات وأسباب زوالها،وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال الإجابة على السؤال التالي:ما هو مفهوم الحضارة عند ول ديورانت؟وما هي أسباب قيامها وعوامل انحلالها حسب هذا المفكر؟ إن الإجابة عند هذه الأسئلة تقتضي منا تقصي كل ما كتبه هذا الفيلسوف حول الحضارة ،بالإضافة إلى وضع هذه الكتابات في السياق التاريخي والفلسفي لها أي مقارنتها بكتابات أخرى حول هذا الموضوع، وذلك لتعرف عن مدى موضوعية التأريخ للحضارة وفهمها واستخلاص تفسيرات علمية دقيقة لها. Summary: This study attempts to shed light on the problematic concept of civilization in contemporary Western thought, by discovering the approach adopted by Will Durant in his dating for civilization, we aim through this study to identify in one hand the view of this historian to the history of civilization ,in the other hand understanding the mechanisms and methods of history for civilizations .Furthermore clarifying his point of view concerning the factors of the emergence of civilization and the role of philosophers and thinkers in that, taking into consideration that civilization is the outcome of both conflicts : material and moral of man and nature, this last requires knowledge of the historical reasons behind the rise and the fall civilizations. Through this article, we will try to answer the following questions: What is the concept of civilization according to Will Durant and What are the reasons for its emergence and the factors for its dissolution? The answer to these questions requires us to study everything that this philosopher wrote about civilization, in addition to that placing these writings in their historical and philosophical context, in other words, comparing them with other writings on this subject in order to know the extent of the objectivity of the dating for civilization ,understanding it and to derive accurate scientific explanations for it.
