المسؤولية الاجتماعية مطلب ضروري لاستدامة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مؤسسة المطاحن الكبرى للجنوب - بسكرة – أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية على قدرة مؤسسة المطاحن الكبرى للجنوب- GMS- بسكرة، على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاث ( التنمية الاقتصادية، التنمية الاجتماعية، التنمية البيئية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استمارة على عينة عشوائية من موظفي المؤسسة ، بلغ حجمها 45 موظف وموظفة استردت منها الباحثة40استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي ، بنسبة استرداد بلغت 88.88%. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام النسخة 24 للبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS توصلت الباحثة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات من أبرزها وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية على قدرة مؤسسة المطاحن الكبرى للجنوب- GMS- بسكرة، على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وبناءا على ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج، توصي بضرورة توجيه أنظار مسئولي المؤسسات المختلفة للدور الذي يمثله تبني مفاهيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الاستدامة بأبعادها الثلاث. Abstract :The study aims to identify the impact of adopting social responsibility on the ability of the Great Mills Corporation of the South - GMS - Biskra, to achieve sustainable development in its three dimensions (economic development, social development, environmental development), and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of the corporation's employees The size was 45 male and female employees, from whom the researcher retrieved 40 valid forms for statistical analysis, with a recovery rate of 88.88% After analyzing the data using version 24 of the SPSS statistical program, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of adopting social responsibility on the ability of the Great Mills Corporation of the South - GMS - Biskra to achieve sustainable development, and based on the results reached, it recommends The need to direct the attention of officials of various institutions to the role represented by the adoption of the concepts of social responsibility in achieving sustainability in its three dimensions. . Resumé: L'étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'adoption de la responsabilité sociale sur la capacité de la Great Mills Corporation of the South - GMS - Biskra, à réaliser le développement durable dans ses trois dimensions (développement économique, développement social, développement environnemental), et à atteindre le objectifs de l'étude, un questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire d'employés de l'entreprise. L'effectif était de 45 employés hommes et femmes, à partir desquels le chercheur a récupéré 40 formulaires valides pour l'analyse statistique, avec un taux de récupération de 88,88 %. Après avoir analysé les données à l'aide de la version 24 du programme statistique SPSS, le chercheur est parvenu à un certain nombre de conclusions, dont la plus importante est l'existence d'un effet statistiquement significatif de l'adoption de la responsabilité sociale sur la capacité de la Great Mills Corporation of the South - GMS - Biskra pour parvenir au développement durable, et sur la base des résultats obtenus, il recommande La nécessité d'attirer l'attention des responsables des différentes institutions sur le rôle que représente l'adoption des concepts de responsabilité sociale dans la réalisation de la durabilité dans ses trois dimensions.
