دور بعض الإجراءات الحكومية لبيئة الأعمال في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر حالة بعض دول المغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس والمغرب)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم بيئة الأعمال وأهم عناصرها، والتطرق إلى بعض الإجراءات الحكومية في بيئة أداء الأعمال لدول المغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس والمغرب) من أجل إبراز أهم النقاط الايجابية وكذا السلبية التي تعيق ممارسة الأعمال في دول الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل عرض واقع مؤشر بدء النشاط التجاري ومؤشر استخراج تراخيص البناء، إضافة إلى مؤشري الحصول على الكهرباء وتسجيل الملكية لدول المغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس والمغرب) خلال الفترة ما بين 2010و 2018. ومعرفة دور بعض هذه الإجراءات الحكومية لبيئة الأعمال في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى دول المغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس والمغرب). The objective of this study is to Clarify the extent of the contribution of the most important governmental Procedures in the business environment of theTheThe objective of this study is to identify the business environment and its most important elements, and to address some governmental procedures in the business environment of the Arab Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco), in order to identify the most positive and negative points that hinder the practice of business in the Arab Maghreb countries. We used the analytical descriptive approach to present the reality of starting business index and Dealing with Construction Permits index, as well as Registering Property and Getting Electricity index for the Arab Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco) during the period 2010-2018. also to determine role of some of these governmental procedures for the business environment in attracting investment Foreign direct investment to Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).
