دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية لدى الشباب الجامعي - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة قسنطينة3-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية لدى الشباب الجامعي من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على طلبة جامعة قسنطينة 3، كمـا رمـت إلى تقديم مقترحـات يمكن من خلالها توظيف هذه الأخيرة في تعزيز أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية لديهم. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان أداة أساسية للبحث. وقد اشتملت هذه الأخيرة على (42) عبارة، غطت في مجملها خمسة محـاور لأهـم أبعاد المواطنـة الرقميـة التـي يمكـن تعزيزهـا مـن خـلال استخدام الشباب الجامعي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وهي: قواعد السلوك الرقمـي، والثقافة الرقمية، والأمن الرقمي، والحقوق والمسؤوليات الرقمية. وطبقت على عينة بلغ عددها (206) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة قسنطينة 3. وقد جاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة لتوضح أن نسبة كبيرة من أفراد العينة توافق على أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لها دور في تعزيز أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية. Abstract: The aim of this study was to reveal the role of social networks in promoting the dimensions of digital citizenship among university youth through a field study of students of The University of Constantine 3, and to submit proposals through which the latter can be employed in promoting the dimensions of their digital citizenship. In order to achieve these objectives, the study used the descriptive approach and questionnaire as an essential tool for research. The latter included 42 words, covering a total of five axes of the most important dimensions of digital citizenship that could be promoted through the use of social networks by university youth: digital codes of conduct, digital culture, digital security, and digital rights and responsibilities. It was applied to a sample of 206 students from the University of Constantine 3.
