Résumé: ملخص. بعد أن كان هدف المؤسسة الأساسي هو هدف مضاعفة الأرح، صارت القضا الاجتماعية تشكل أهمية لغة لنسبة للمؤسسة بصفة عامة ومصلحة اتمع بصفة خاصة كما يجب أن يكون المحيط الذي تعمل فيه محور اهتمامها ، في محاولة منها لتحسين صورا من جهة ودية دور فعال وإيجابي في اتمع من جهة أخرى. وعليه، فالمؤسسات مطالبة بتطبيق قواعد حوكمة المؤسسات من أجل تحقيق المسؤولية تجاه أصحاب المصالح. ولتالي، الالتزام لمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه مجتمعاا عند القيام بممارسة أعمالها. لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على قواعد الحوكمة تمثل الصورة واسم الحقيقي لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية. والتعرف على متطلبات وواقع الإفصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تقارير المؤسسات الجزائرية. Abstract.
